ОГЛЯД ЕМПІРИЧНИХ ПІДХОДІВ ДО ОЦІНКИ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ СОЦІАЛЬНОЇ ВІДПОВІДАЛЬНОСТІ (ЗА МАТЕРІАЛАМИ СУЧАСНИХ МІЖНАРОДНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ)

Анотація


У статті узагальнено сучасні міжнародні дослідження щодо впливу фінансових показників і нематеріальних ресурсів на корпоративну соціальну відповідальність (КСВ) підприємств. Проаналізовано результати двох емпіричних досліджень, що охоплюють мультиконтинентальні вибірки та компанії, котрі котируються на біржах. Виявлено, що фінансова спроможність не завжди визначає активність КСВ, тоді як розмір підприємства та інтелектуальний капітал мають позитивний ефект. Результати підкреслюють значущість інституційного середовища, очікувань стейкхолдерів та інтеграції міжнародних ESG-стандартів у бізнес-моделі. Стаття надає практичні рекомендації щодо формування політик КСВ і стимулювання соціальної активності бізнесу.
