ШТУЧНИЙ ІНТЕЛЕКТ І СУСПІЛЬСТВО – ОГЛЯД НІМЕЦЬКОЇ НАУКОВОЇ ЛІТЕРАТУРИ

Анотація


У статті проаналізовано джерельну базу новітніх німецьких та європейських наукових досліджень проблематики суспільно-політичних трансформацій, що відбуваються під впливом процесів цифровізації й динамічного розвитку технологій штучного інтелекту (далі ШІ), та формування дієвої політики й регуляторних механізмів в цій сфері. На основі аналізу змісту джерел виділено головні теми і представлено позиції науковців з конкретних питань.

Ключові слова: Штучний інтелект, алгоритми, суспільство, державне управління, комп’ютерні програми, соціальна відповідальність, цифровізація, цифрове управління, машинне навчання, великі дані.
