ПРОБЛЕМА ДЕФІЦИТУ ДЕМОКРАТІЇ В ЄВРОПЕЙСЬКОМУ СОЮЗІ

Анотація


У даній статті проводиться аналіз проблематики «дефіциту демократії» в Європейському союзі. Дана проблема неабияк актуальна в силу сучасного європейського дискурсу інтеграцій. Було зроблено певні заключення, щодо підходів до розуміння «дефіциту демократії». В основному їх причиною є проблема легітимності рішень, які приймає «загальноєвропейський центр», а також має місце певний набір спотворень, яким схильна демократична форма правління в розвинених демократіях.

Ключові слова: дефіцит демократії, демократія, Європейський союз, ЄС, політична система, відсутність волевиявлення, політична культура, електоральні процеси.
