ФОРМУВАННЯ ТА РОЗВИТОК ПОВІЛЬНОГО ВАЛЬСУ В КОНТЕКСТІ ЗАРОДЖЕННЯ МІЖНАРОДНОГО СТИЛЮ БАЛЬНИХ ТАНЦІВ
Анотація
На основі аналізу британських фахових видань «The Dancing Time» та «Dancing World» 1910–1920-х рр. досліджено процес формування та затвердження техніко-технічних аспектів вальсової варіації, відомої нині як «Повільний вальс». Висвітлено особливості переходу до сучасної варіативної форми вальсу в процесі зародження Міжнародного стилю бальних танців як художньої та соціокультурної форми крізь призму взаємодії танцювальних традицій і новаторських практик. Застосовано комплексну методику, що включає використання загальнотеоретичних та конкретно наукових методів пізнання (історичний, культурологічний, порівняльно-історичний, порівняльно-типологічний, еволюційний та ін. методи).
