ЕТАПИ ПРОФЕСІЙНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ПРИКОРДОННИКІВ У РЕСПУБЛІЦІ ІНДІЯ
Анотація
Стаття присвячена дослідженню професійної підготовки прикордонників у Республіці Індія. Мета статті – описати етапи професійної підготовки прикордонників у Республіці Індія. У ході дослідження використано низку наукових методів: аналіз наукових джерел та синтез, генералізація, дедуктивний метод аналізу, порівняння, тощо. Зроблено висновок, що професійна підготовка прикордонників у Республіці Індія включає три етапи: базова підготовка, професійна військова підготовка, професійна військова освіта, яка організована з урахуванням специфіки кожного прикордонного відомства. Автор доводить, що для вдосконалення підготовки персоналу Державної прикордонної служби України існує необхідність вивчати досвід зарубіжних країн, зокрема тих, які мають схожі загрози на державних кордонах.
Статья посвящена исследованию профессиональной подготовки пограничников в Республике Индия. Цель статьи – описать все этапы профессиональной подготовки пограничников в Республике Индия. В ходе исследования использовано такие научные методы: анализ научных источников и синтез, генерализация, дедуктивный метод анализа, сравнение и т.д. Cделано вывод, что профессиональная подготовка пограничников в Республике Индия состоит из трех этапов: базовая подготовка, профессиональная военная подготовка, профессиональное военное образование, и организована с учетом специфики каждого пограничного ведомства. Автор доказывает, что для усовершенствования подготовки персонала Государственной пограничной службы Украины необходимо изучать опыт зарубежных стран, в частности тех, которые имеют похожие угрозы на государственных границах.
The article is devoted to the investigation of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India. The aim of the article is to describe all stages of professional training of border guards in the Republic of India. While investigating the topic the author used the following scientific methods: analysis of scientific sources, synthesis, generalization, deductive method of analysis, comparison, etc. the conclusion was made that professional training of border guards in the Republic of India comprises three stages: basic training, professional military training and professional military education, and it is organized taking into consideration the peculiarities of tasks of each border agency. The author proved that it is necessary to study the experience of foreign countries, especially the countries facing the same threats at the state borders, in order to improve the process of professional training of personnel of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
